1. Independent Business Nature

AI Tech Hub is an independent Sri Lankan digital service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., OpenAI, Anthropic, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries. All product and company names, logos, and trademarks are registered trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

By requesting services from AI Tech Hub, you acknowledge and agree that AI Tech Hub acts as an independent technological facilitator assisting users in Sri Lanka with subscription access, onboarding setups, and customer guidance.

2. Eligibility & Activation Guidelines

To successfully activate packages such as Google Gemini Pro on your personal email:

• Your Google account must not be currently locked into an active, conflicting third-party family plan or organization policy.
• You must follow the step-by-step activation instructions provided by our support representative on WhatsApp.
• We recommend contacting our WhatsApp support desk to confirm eligibility prior to sending payment.

3. Feature Rollouts & Third-Party Platform Policies

Features such as regional availability, AI model version updates, storage allocations, or experimental video generation capabilities are governed solely by Google and respective platform providers. AI Tech Hub does not manipulate software engines and cannot guarantee future features beyond the baseline verified capabilities active at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and represent one-time fees for advertised access periods unless specifically indicated otherwise. Prices, availability, and active promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and consumer practices of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
